RESOLUTION #263 A RESOLUTION ADOPTING AND CONFIRMING ASSESSMENTS FOR STREET LIGHTING IMPROVEMENT 1968SL-1 BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Orono, •y` k. Minnesota, as follows: 1. The amount proper.and necessary to be sp-ecially assessed at this time for the Street Lighting Improvement 1968SL-1, (said improve Ment for convenience has been designated on the assessment roll as Street.Lighting.,68SL-1) against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land affected thereby has been duly calculated upon the basis of benefitswithout regard..to cash valuation,.in accordance with the , provisions of Minnes,ota Statut.es,•Chapter 429, and notice has been duly published, as required by law, that this Council would meet to hear, consider and pass upon all objections, if any, and said proposed assessment.roll.has at,all times since its filing been open for public inspection, and an opportunity has been given to all interested persons their objections, if any, to such proposed assessments. 2.
