City of OROiNO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. -^652_________ <br />CoaclttSioiis* Order and Conditions <br />^Tsed upon the above findings, the Orono City Council <br />hereby grants a Conditional Use Permit per Municipal Zoning Code <br />Section 10.20, Subdivision 3<H) to permit the use of a planned <br />residential development, subject to the following conditions: <br />1. All provisions of the subdivision regulations have <br />been followed under the planned residential format as follows: <br />A. Outlets define the commercial corridors not <br />considered under this current subdivision plan. These are <br />Outlets Ds E and F in the final plat. <br />B. The road servinq the residential lots will be <br />designated as a separate outlet, namely Outlet C in the <br />final plat. The open space areas surrounding the <br />residential lots will be Outlets A and B in the final slat <br />C. A separate outlet will define the portion of the <br />future east/west road access located within the southern <br />portion of the property (commercial corridor). This is <br />Outlet D in the final plat. <br />D. Each residential unit will be defined as a lot <br />on the final plat survey (average lot size of each unit - <br />41,000 5.f.>. These are Lots 1 through 6 of Block 1, Lots <br />1 through o of Block 2, Lots 1 through 5 of Block 3 and <br />Lots 1 through 8 of Block 4. <br />Page 4 of 8
