Draft Resolution <br />ISSUE - Determination whether the Council desires to approve the <br />budget for the Cable Commission for 1991. <br />INTRODUCTION - Annually the Council needs to determine whether <br />they will recommend apporval or denial of the Cable Commission <br />budget. The budget was approved uninimously by those present of <br />the Executive Board at their August 21, 1990 meeting. The budget <br />represents a 5.4% total increase in operations and does not <br />require any funding from the City apart from the monies generated <br />by the cable franchise. <br />ALTERNATIVES <br />1. Adopt. <br />2. Not apporve. <br />3. Table. <br />4. Take no action. <br />RECOMMENDATION - It is recommended that the budget be adopted^ as <br />presented and that any other comments be given to Council’s Cable <br />Commission representatives for use at the budget adoption <br />meeting. <br />PROPOSED MOTION - Moved by __, seconded by __, Council adopts <br />Resolution # directing approval of the Lake Minnetonka Cable <br />Commission bu3get for 1991.
