They plan to retain the house and property of Lot 1 <br />and rent out that house for a period of years to help financo the now <br />construction, then desK>lish the old house. Because Orono Code <br />generally does not allow a rental house on the satae lot as the principal <br />structure, a subdivision is in order. <br />Applicant notes that she is proposing to use a shared driveway and <br />has discussed with the County the possibility of moving the existing <br />driveway access further north where the grade will be flatter for a <br />safer access point. You may recall that <br />7* of right-of'way be dedicated on the Krogness Plat in 1982| <br />Planning Commission at that time denied, <br />classified in the Community Management Plan <br />that the existing 66* width was appropriate.
