4. Prior to opening, applicant shall arrange for the Orono <br />Building Inspector to review the facility to determine the need <br />for interior signage for fire exits in case of emergencies. The <br />Building Inspector shall also evaluate the building to determine <br />if there is a need for any other improvement prior to use by <br />young children. <br />5. The City staff shall review the conditional use permit for a <br />pre-school/kindergarten operation ut the end of the academic <br />year, June of 1991, to determine if there is a need for further <br />review by the City Council or this coi ditional use permit may be <br />reviewed at any time upon petition oi the surrounding property <br />owners. <br />6. Authorities granted by this resolution run with the property <br />not with the owner, but are permissive only and must be either <br />exercised or installed within one year of the date of Council <br />approval or the special conditions of this resolution will expire <br />on that date (September 10, 1991). <br />7. Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms and <br />conditions of this resolution shall constitute a violation of the <br />Zoning Code, shall automatically terminate any authority granted <br />herein, and shall be punishable as a misdemeanor. <br />8. The undersigned owner has read, understood and hereby agrees <br />to the terms of this resolution and on behalf of himself, the <br />Waldorf Day School, its, successors and assigns, hereby agrees to <br />the recording of this resolution in the chain of title of the <br />property. <br />Page 3 of 5
