It was also recommended that this conditional use <br />permit be reviewed at the close of the upcoming school year, <br />June, 1991 to determine if there is negative impact on the <br />surrounding adjacent neighborhood. <br />The majority vote of 3 to 2 recommended approval of the <br />conditional use permit subject to the conditions recommended <br />above and the staff's recommendations on Page 2 and 3 of this <br />memo. The enclosed approval resolution has been drafted per the <br />Planning Commission's recommendation for Council's review and <br />action.
