The school will <br />operate Monday through Friday in the mornings for 2k hour <br />sessions. <br />The location of the pre-school will be in an existing <br />residential structure located on Lot 1, Block 1, Underhill Farms. <br />Access to the site is via a long, platted corridor off of <br />Tamarack Drive. Please review the proposed floor plan (Exhibit <br />F). The applicant proposes no interior remodeling for classroom <br />use. Two teachers will park within the attached garage providing <br />open park vj and turnaround area for the drop off of students. <br />The existing pool on the site will be altered providing a <br />permanent deck covering over the existing water surface and a <br />sump pump to remove all drainage that collects beneath the deck <br />covering. All alterations are subject to the requirement of the <br />building code.
