This application was reviewed as Zoning Pile #1131. <br />2. The property is located in the LR-lB Single Family La)ceshore <br />Residential Zoning District. <br />3. The property is approximately 1.00 acre in area. <br />4. The Orono Planning Commission reviewed this application on <br />20, 1987, and recommended approval of the proposed variances to permit <br />excavation within the laJteshore protected area where <br />per Zoning Code Section 10.22, Subdivision 2 and Section 10*55, <br />(B)(3) to allow the installation of a permanent dock based on the <br />following findings: <br />A) The applicants propose no change in existing elevations or <br />drainage. <br />Page 1 of 4
