LaQuay to contact the <br />aurveyora and attorneya involved if ahe felt there was a <br />problea with her property line Iccation. <br />haalatant Zoninq Adainiatrator Caftron explained to Me. <br />LaQuay the Maneon/Colden lot line redefinition in which <br />he felt did not affect the LaQuay property line in any <br />way. <br />heqaxdinq the proposed location of the qaraqe. Bellows <br />stated that althouqh there are alternative locations, <br />ahe felt the propoaed location waa the easiest and beat <br />alternative notinq that the propoaed qaraqe did not abut <br />another structure nor waa a fire hatard. <br />Johnson concurred with Bellows findinq that the proposed <br />location of qaraqe causeo lo liqht enfrinqeeent on Mrs. <br />Golden's garden due to the i.xe of lota. <br />Planning Connissioners Hanson and Cohen felt the 10* <br />Bneback should be aaintained due to the opposition by <br />Mrs. Golden. <br />There were no other cooBcnts fro* the public. <br />Xt was noved by Cohan, seconded by Planning Coaaisaioner <br />Hanson, to deny the variance recoausendinq that the 10' <br />Bide setback be aaintained per ataff recouendation. <br />Motion, Ayes 2, Nays 4. Bellows, Johnson, Kelley, and <br />Brown voted nay. Motion denied. <br />It was Boved by Johnson, seconded by Chair«an Kelley, to <br />reconnend approval of the variance of a side setback <br />variance 9 ’ no less than i.4‘ as proposed findinq no <br />light enfr 'gseent upon the Golden property.
