<br />' WHEREAS, ;these sole, existing. facilities '.in Hennepin County are
<br />from ten to. fifty miles -distant from the great majority bf residents of
<br />wester. -.n, Hennepin County., and,
<br />WHEREAS.: tnbjic tracts.#artataaa from western' Hennepin County to
<br />Hennepin,.C6un-ty General Hospital is either difficult and time-consuming,
<br />expensive or.non-existent;

<br />lic.ense for 134 slips, ,and,

<br />` c WHEREAS, Maxwell -Bay Marina, 3220 North Shore Drive, -was issued a l
<br />1.968 license -for 64.:.Slips,.and,.
<br />WHEREAS, thees..e Marinas have more slips than provided by the afore--
<br />said-.license,
<br />foresaid license,
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED,.that without compliance
<br />with the .above license provisions, aforesaid licenses are revoked, effective,
<br />September 2.0, 1968.
