<br />A RESOLUTION ESTIMATING EXPENSE•.OF 19.67_:L,S.-;1." & LSI -1, bETERMINING AMOUNT
<br />TO BE ASSESSED, DIRECTING PREPARATION'OF.-ASSESSMENT ROLL, AND CALLING FOR
<br />HEARING . ON -ASSESSMENTS
<br />WHEREAS, c.ontracts_for,�the-construction of 1967LS-1 and 19`67 LW -1
<br />(the Improvement) have been previously le,t,
<br />WHEREAS, the . expenses. incur.r..dd.. and , to...be . incurred in making the
<br />Improvement have been calculated under the direction of the Village Council,,
<br />and,_said,expenses have been reasonably estimated to be as follows:

<br />Total Improvement _$140,37.5
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT.RESOLEVED, by the Village Council of the
<br />Village of Orono, Minnesota, as follows,
<br />1. That the expens'es'-incurred-and to be incurred in connection
<br />with the Improvement are .estimated to be $140,375.
<br />2. That all of_ said_ expense, shall. be specially assessed and
<br />that none of said expense shall be paid'by the Village (other
<br />than. any amount it woul.d-.p.ay..,..as-,a ...p;rop,erty owner) , and
<br />3.. That the assessment.:=.clerk., w,i.th .ahe as.s:istance or under the
<br />direction of the' ,engin.e:ex, shall, calculate the proper amount

<br />prepare a proposed assessment roll which shall be filed with
<br />the Village Clerk and open-to.public inspection.
<br />4. The Clerk is aut .or.i:zed. and-d-irected to publish notice on
<br />September -5, ,1968,,., or. at any...time after the assessment roll
<br />has been. f.ile.d. in' the . office of the Village Clerk, of a public
<br />hearing on*',th.e special assessment, said notice to be in sub.
