2 3,3 <br />RESOLUTION #244 <br />68SL-1 <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PRELIMINARY AND FINAL PLANS <br />AND ORDERING THE IMPROVEMENT 68SL-1 <br />` WHEREAS a public hearing on the matter of providing residential street <br />lighting in the area of Casco.Circle has.been held, and <br />WHEREAS the Village of Orono has a contract with Northern States Power <br />Company -for the provision of.such service, - <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village <br />of Orono, Minnesota$ that the Preliminary and Final Plans authorizing an <br />eight unit installation are hereby approved, and <br />THAT the Improvement 68SL-1 is hereby ordered and the Engineer and other <br />personnel of -the Village are authorized and directed to proceed with the <br />Improvement... <br />Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Orono, Minnesota at a <br />regular meeting held June 24,.1968. <br />r. <br />A <br />f H.
