Plehal Blacktop is hereby declared lowest responsible bidder for <br />68SR-1 and 68SR-2, the bid be awarded thereto, with alternate <br />surfacing material, and <br />2. The Mayor -and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute a <br />contract on behalf of the Village thereon, and <br />3.1. The Improvements.are hereby.ordered and the Engineer and other <br />;• personnel of the Village are authorized and directed to proceed with <br />the construction of the Improvements. <br />Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Orono, Minnesota, at a <br />•' regular meeting held June °10, 1968. <br />H.
