CITY OF ORONO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 7540 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING MASTER SUBSCRIBER AGREEMENT FOR MINNESOTA COURT DATA <br />SERVICES FOR GOVERNMENT AGENCIES <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono, on behalf of its City Attorney, for the purpose of assisting in the <br />efficient performance of its governmental duties as required or authorized by law or court rule <br />in connection with any civil, criminal, administrative or arbitral proceeding in and Federal, State <br />or local court, desires to enter into a Master Subscriber Agreement for Court Data Services, to <br />use systems and tools available from the Minnesota Judicial Branch (the Court) for which the <br />City is eligible, including MGA (Minnesota Government Access) and court records and <br />documents through MNCIS (Minnesota Court Information System). <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono, Minnesota, as follows: <br />1. That Master Subscriber Agreement for Minnesota Court Data Services for Governmental <br />Agencies by and between the Court, acting through its Information Technology Division <br />of State Court Administration, and the City of Orono, on behalf of its City Attorney, is <br />hereby approved. <br />2. That the Mayor of the City of Orono is authorized to sign the Master Subscriber <br />Agreement for Minnesota Court Data Services for Government Agencies, and any <br />subsequent amendment or agreement that may be required by State Court <br />Administration to maintain the City’s government access to the systems and tools <br />offered by the Court pursuant to the Master Subscriber Agreement. <br />ADOPTED by the Orono City Council on this ______ day of _____________________, 2024. <br />CITY OF ORONO <br />____________________________________ <br />By: Dennis Walsh, Mayor <br />ATTEST: _________________________________ <br /> Christine Lusian, City Clerk <br />62
