1 <br />SUMMARY PUBLICATION <br />ORDINANCE NO. 309 <br />CITY OF ORONO <br />HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING FRANCHISE AGREEMENT FOR NEW CABLE SERVICES <br />The City Council of the city of Orono, Minnesota approved an agreement with Midcontinent <br />Communications (Midco) on December 9, 2024 that gives the private company rights to use <br />public property in order to provide its services to residents, giving residents a second option for <br />television, internet, and phone services.
