Motion carried unanimously. <br />UPON MOTION by John Maresh, seconded by Jim Franklin, the Board of Education <br />accepted the low bid of Meyer Bros. Dairy for furnishing milk for the 1990-91 <br />school year. Carried unanimously. <br />UPON MOTION by Don Anderson, seconded by Jim Franklin, the Board of Education <br />established the regular School Board meeting time at 7:00 p.m., (except the May <br />21, 1991 meeting will begin at 9:30 p.m.) to be held in the middle school vocal <br />music room on the following dates: <br />July 9, 1990 <br />August 13, 1990 <br />September 10, 1990 <br />September 24, 1990 <br />October 8, 1990 <br />October 22, 1990 <br />Carried unanimously. <br />November 12, 1990 <br />Decerroer 10, 1990 <br />January 14, 1991 <br />January 28, 1991 <br />February 11, 1991 <br />February 25, 1991 <br />March 11, 1991 <br />April 8, 1991 <br />April 22, 1991 <br />May 13, 1991 <br />May 21, 1991 (9:30) <br />June 10, 1991 <br />UPON MOTION by Lucie Taylor, seconded by Jim Franklin, the Board of Education <br />designated the State Bank of Long Lake and the Bank of Maple Plain as deposi <br />tories for the regular funds of this school district and the officers of the <br />Board of Education are hereby authorized in the name of and on behalf of the <br />Board of Education to open or cause to be opened or to continue or cause to be <br />continued accounts with said banks and to execute and deliver to said banks, <br />signature cards supplied by said banks containing said banks usual customer <br />agreement applicable to such accounts and the signatures of the officers or <br />other persons hereinafter name^ are hereby authorized to act for «nd on behalf <br />of the Board of Education or otherwise to endorse or cause to be endorsed, to <br />negotiate or cause to be negotiated, or to deposit or cause to be deposited in <br />such accounts any money, checks, drafts, *rders, notes or other instruments <br />payable or 'eld by this Board of Educatic . Said officers are: Dave McKown, <br />Lucie Taylor and Jim Franklin. Carried unanimously. <br />UPON MOTION by Lucie Taylor, seconded by John Maresh, the Board of Education <br />approved the following investment depositories and authorized George Stubbs and <br />William Fenholt to transfer funds -imong tnese financial institutions for invest <br />ment purposes: <br />1) Marquette Bank <br />2) No,-west Bank of Minneapolis <br />3) First Bank of Minneapolis <br />4) First Minnesota of Wa zata <br />5) Minnesota School District Liquid Asset Fund <br />Plus <br />6) State Bank of Long Lake <br />7) Bank of Maple Plain <br />8) Eaton Vance Investors Fund, Inc. <br />Curried unanimously.
