PID #17- <br />117-2343-0137 (now PID #17-117-2343-0150) <br />Per Mary Sarcoa in the State Land Department 348-3256 all of the <br />following payments were made to Orono in May of the following <br />years. <br />1982 $757.74 #5383 for residentia 1 water main 1970LW1 <br />1982 295.84 #3309 for lateral sewer 64-IB <br />1982 12.24 #3302 for Inprec san sewer 63-IB <br />1970LW11983362.27 #5383 for residentia 1 water main <br />1984 247.88 #5383 for residentia 1 water main 1970LW1 <br />$1 ,675.97 Total <br />Please find enclosed a copy of the sewer assessment for 1968 <br />showing the first year that the assessment was effective. Your <br />records should show receipt of these funds from the county for <br />forfeit land tax. <br />I had originally paid $6,000.00 for this property on May 10, 1982 <br />and the assessments for 1982 that I paid were part of the <br />purchase price of the property. ($1,064.82 assessments, $4,935.18 <br />property) <br />This is my formal request for a refund of these assessments.
