AND UEAN, INC, hereinafter sometimes caUed CONSUL­ <br />TANT, relating to the employment of the CONSULTANT as follov/s: <br />OBJECrrV'E OF SERVICES <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />To achieve the above stated objectives, the CONSULTANT proposes to perform work in two stages. <br />STAGE I would be a pilot study consisting of two phases, designed to update City base information, <br />anal>-ze existing development factors, identify problems and opportunities and summarize preliminary <br />land use recommendations for the study area. STAGE I will also establish goals and objectives for the <br />completion of the redevelopment process.
