Utility Rates and Fees <br />Connection fees have been determined as a way to provide a fair and equitable recovery of the costs associated with providing water and wastewater <br />utility services to new customers to avoid placing these costs on existing customers. The connection fee includes those portions of existing assets that will <br />benefit new customers together with any anticipated future capital improvements constructed for the purpose of providing utility services to new <br />customers.
