Primus <br />Dear Mr. Primus: <br />It has come to our attention that you have recently deeded a portion <br />of the Ski Tonka property to a Willard Gove and Marcella Der. <br />The attached deed indicates a sale of approximately one acre of <br />property in a zoning district which requires at least five acres <br />per building site. As an attorney, you must also be aware that <br />State statute requires City review and approval of such a division. <br />As of this date, you have not submitted an application for review <br />of the proposal. Until subdivision approval is granted, the City <br />attorney advises that the recent homestead application cannot be <br />filed. <br />Please contact me regarding the procedure and information required <br />for subdivision application.
