21-21 <br />RESOLUTION.#217 <br />A RESOLUTION RATIFYING.LONG.LAKE AND ORONO <br />WATER AND SEWER SERVICE CONTRACT <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council by resolution #210 authorized and <br />directed the mayor and clerk to execute a water :and sewer service contract. <br />with Long Lake, and <br />WHEREAS, in accordance with said resolution such a contract was <br />executed on - December 13, •1967, and <br />WHEREAS, a*copy of said contract is attached hereto, and <br />WHEREAS, said contract conforms in all respects to that which was -'- <br />contemplated by said resolution #210. <br />a; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, -by the Village Council of the <br />':Village of Orono, Minnesota, as follows: <br />1.
