Ross, Mayor <br />Attest d_4A <br />4 <br />ankMixa, d nistrator <br />RESOLUTION #211 <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT <br />1967 LS -1 and 1967 LW -1 <br />.WHEREAS, THE Village Council at its meeting of October 23, <br />1967, adopted a resolution calling for the publication and mailing of <br />notice of a public hearing on the proposed construction of 1967 LS -1 <br />and 1967 LW -1 (sometimes hereinafter collectively referred to as the <br />Improvement). <br />t WHEREAS, said notice has been published and the affidavit <br />thereof has been filed with the Village Clerk and s.aid notice has been.* <br />mailed by the.Village Clerk and his affidavit hereof has been filed <br />with the Village Clerk, and both the publication and mailing of the . <br />notice have been done in accord with Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429.. <br />WHEREAS, the council on November 13, 1967, conducted the <br />hearing referred to in said notice and considered the views of persons <br />or entities appearing at the hearing and interested in or affected by <br />the Improvement. <br />WHEREAS, skid. -hearing was adjourned to December 11, 1967, as <br />indicated by the council minutes of November 13, 1967. <br />WHEREAS, the council has received bids for the construction <br />of the Improvement, has received and considered the reports and opinion <br />of.the Village Engineer as to the economic and engineering feasibility <br />of the construction of the Improvment,-and has been fully advised as . <br />to all pertinent facts. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE.IT RESOLVED, by the Village Council of j <br />the Village of�Orono,;.MinnesQta, as follows: <br />1) The Improvement is hereby ordered and the engineer <br />F and other personnel of the Vdllage-are authorized <br />
