Ross; Mayor Attest: einiMixa,C r strator# s - RESOLUTION #206 A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING -ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR 1967LS-1 and 1967LW-1 WHEREAS, the Village Couhail by resolution dated October 23, 1967, authorized William T. Mills, the Vi-llage Engineer, to prepare plans and specifications for 1967LS-1 and 1967LW-1 (the Improvement), WHEREAS, said plans and specifications are now on file with the Village Clerk in the Village Hall. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Orono, Minnesota, as follows: 1. The plans and specifications for the Improvement q prepared.by William T. Mills, of Long Lake, Minnesota, and now on file as stated above are hereby approved as the plans and specifications in accordance with which the Improvement shall be constructed, except as they may be modified by further action of this Council in accordance with law, and 2. The Village Council shall meet on December ll, 1967, at 7:30 P.M. at the Village Hall, for the purpose of considering sealed bids for the a construction of the Improvement, and taking such action thereon as.may be deemed most expedient, and such bids shall be received no later than December 11, 1967, at 11:30 A.M. and may be publicly opened, read, and tabulated at that time by the Village Clerk and Village Engineer for consideration by the Council, and-
