Mr. David Davenport <br />October 5, 1987 <br />Page two <br />claims made by your clients for damages or costs incurred or <br />arising out of your clients' occupancy of the house, including <br />but not limited to attorney and consultant fees. <br />Finally, the last paragraph of your clients’ letter also <br />needs to be clarified to state that the City will be held <br />harmless for any property damage arising out of their occupancy <br />prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy. <br />A formal application for a Temporary Certificate of <br />Occupancy can be made to the City staff.
