Drainage Problem - 3779 Casco Avenue Memo Dated <br />5/10/90 <br />ISSUE - Provide Council with information related to resolution of <br />the matter at 3779 Casco Avenue. <br />INTRODUCTION - At the Council's May 14, 1990 meeting the issue <br />related to drainage at this address was discussed. Subsequent to <br />that meeting John Gerhardson, Public Works Director and Glenn <br />Cook, City Engineer met with the property owner on site. They <br />jointly developed a solution which should be ameanable to the <br />property owner which will result in the City personnel locating <br />the underground tile and Mr. Greimann performing the repairs. <br />ALTERNATIVES <br />1. Accept the information. <br />2. Take no action. <br />3. Table for further discussion. <br />RECOMMENDATION - Is is recommended that Council accept the <br />information presented as an appropriate means of addressing the <br />problem initially raised at the May 14, 1990 Council meeting. <br />seconded by that CouncilPROPOSED MOTION - Moved by _, - - - - - . _ <br />accept the information provided regarding 3779 Casco Avenue and <br />the private solution to remedy it.
