Gerhardson, Public Works Director <br />DRTB: August 9, 1990 <br />f r <br />■ w u 1 3 <br />SUIUBCT: Salary Adjustment Randy O'Brien - Maintenance Worker <br />Randy O'Brien began employment with the City of Orono as a <br />maintenance worker in the Public Works Department on July 13, <br />1988 • <br />According to the City of Orono compensation plan Randy started in <br />Group 5, Level 2. <br />On July 13, 1969 Randy moved up to Level 3 of Group 5. <br />At this time I would recommend an increase in the hourly rate <br />between Level 3 and 4 of Group 5 with a review upon Randy <br />receiving certification in sewer and water maintenance. <br />Recommendation - To adjust maintenance worker Randy O'Brien's <br />hourly rate to $12.00 per hour effective July 13, 1990 with a <br />review upon certification in sewer and water maintenance. <br />PROPOSED MOTION - Moved by _, seconded by _, to adjust <br />maintenance worker Randy O'Brien's hourly rate to $12.00 per hour <br />effective July 13, 1990 with a review upon certification in sewer <br />and water maintenance. <br />TO: Mayor and City Council <br />FROM: Mark E.
