Proposed 1990 Police Agreement <br />ISSUE - Determine if Council will grant its approval to a <br />proposed contract settlement. <br />INTRODUCTION - After several months of negotiation, a settlement <br />with the police patrol contract has been reached. <br />Wages 3.25% plus a $.05/hour "Lump Sum" <br />Insurance From $191to $211 <br />Vacation Increase carry-over maximum from 112 to 120 hours <br />Duration 1 year <br />All other terms would remain the same. <br />RECOMMENDATION - It is recommended that the proposed settlement <br />be approved. <br />PROPOSED MOTION - Moved by _, seconded by _, to approve the <br />1990 Police Agreement as presented.
