You put together a difficult <br />case and presented it to the County Attorney for charging. <br />On July 25, 1990. t.ic suspect entered a guilty plea. Restitution <br />was order«2d and the LaBatts received a large preliminary payment <br />that very day of the guilty plea. <br />The County Attorney complimented you and the department and Mr. <br />and Mrs. Labatt have written a letter to the Spring Park City <br />Council, complimenting you and the department to which I add my <br />♦•hank you.
