LAKE MINNETONKA CONSERVATION DISTRICT <br />LMCD Municipalities <br />DNR Shoreland Rules <br />June 5, 1990 <br />Page 2 <br />Certain funding reimbursement for eligible costs is being <br />provided-by the MN DNR through LMCD as the facilitating agency, <br />A provision to fund necessary consulting service to assist the <br />cities in the adoption process is also included as part of the <br />agreement. Eligibility for the matching funds is available <br />through July 31, 1991. That is the deadline for all LMCD <br />cities to complete their shoreland rules adoption.
