Chapter i:0b.6905 - Special Fire Suppression Systems <br />with Option of Group B-2 2000 or More Gross Square Feet. <br />Subdivision 2. Organiza;.ion and Enforcement. The organization of <br />the BuildingDepartment and enforcement of the Code shall be as <br />established by Chapter 2 of the Uniform Building Code 1905 Edition. <br />The Code shall be enforce*- -'th the corporate limits of the City <br />and extrat'^rritorial limits permitted by States Statutes 1984. <br />A. The Building and Zoning Department sh/ill be the Building <br />Code Department of the City of Orono. <br />B. The Administrative Authority shall be the State Certified <br />Building Official. <br />C. The appointing Authority shall designate the Building <br />Official for the jurisdiction of Orono. <br />Subdivision 3. <br />1. Permits, Inspections and Fees. Permits, inspections and <br />collection of fees shall be provided in Chapter 3 of the <br />Uniform Building Code 1985 Edition. <br />2. Surcharge.
