OFFICIAL SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NUMBER 87, SECOND SERIES <br />AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE MINNESOTA STATE BUILDING CODE AND ALL <br />OTHER ORDINANCES AND PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT THEREWITH. <br />The following is the official summary of Ordinance <br />Number 87, Second Series approved by the City Council of the City <br />of Orono on August 13, 1990. <br />The following Chapters of the Minnesota State Building Code <br />have been adopted to reflect the current adoption by the State of <br />Minnesota. <br />Administration Required. <br />1. Chapter 1305 - Adoption of 1988 Uniform Building <br />Code by Reference. <br />2. Chapter 1315 - 1987 National Electrical Code. <br />Permits, Inspections and Collection of Fees shall be <br />provided for in Chapter 3 of the Uniform Building Code 1985 <br />Edition. <br />A printed copy of the ordinance is available for <br />inspection by any person at the office of the City Clerk. <br />This Ordinance becomes effective upon publication, the <br />week of August 20, 1990. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono on <br />this 13th day of August, 1990, by a vote of _ _ ayes and - - <br />nays. <br />Dorothy M.
