I feel that the Hwy. 12 improvements will greatly <br />impact our neighh- rhoods and that thoughtful nlanning is critical. <br />What concepts, if any, do you have on issues related to the <br />location of an upgraded Highway 12: <br />Existing right of ways should be utilized as much as possible.
