Council approval is based on the site and building plans submitted by the <br /> Owners and annotated by City staff, attached to this Resolution as Exhibits B. <br /> and C. A 2.5 foot separation between the pool house and the swimming pool is <br /> approved. Any amendments to these plans may require further Planning <br /> Commission and City Council review. <br /> 2. Authorities granted by this resolution run with the property not with the <br /> owners, but are permissive only and must be exercised by obtaining a building <br /> permit for the new construction before April 23, 2008 or the variance will <br /> expire on that date. <br /> 3. Resolution No. 5611 otherwise remains in effect. <br /> 4.
