(Bill) Stubbs, 2555 Fox Street <br />Variance - Resolution <br />The Council conceptually granted approval of the lot area <br />variance of the applicant in a 2 to 1 vote. The Resolution has <br />included recommendations of the Council that would require the future <br />consultants of owner to meet with the Orono staff prior to drafting <br />formal plans for residential construction. The Resolution also <br />includes the conditions originally presented for Council's <br />consideration.
