Zoning File #1445 July 19, 1990 Page 2 of 2 <br />At the Council meeting of December 11, 1989, Council already <br />approved variances to the above referenced sections for the <br />privacy fencing installed at a 5’+ height and located between 0- <br />1' within the front yard setback area. A resolution has been <br />drafted in order to expedite review of this application. Upon <br />final resolve and determination of the exact variances to be <br />granted, staff will prepare the necessary amendments of the <br />enclosed resolution. The resolution already addresses a height <br />and setback variance for privacy fencing along Briar Street <br />property line. In addition to the resolution, staff will prepare <br />a site plan locating the approved height and location of fencing <br />based on Council's final action. <br />Council Action - <br />Council must determine if it will approve 5' high fencing in <br />the north and side yards as proposed by applicant. A height <br />variance of 1%' must be approved for all privacy fencing placed <br />within the 50' street yards (both Briar and Arbor Streets). <br />JAM/tln
