July 19. at S o.m. here at the studio. At our <br />iaet meeting* the 1969 Financial Review was made available to <br />committee meT.bars. Discussion of the document was tabled until <br />members had an opportunity to review it. It appears on the <br />agenda this month as a discussion item. If any member of the <br />committee has any questions about the document* please call me <br />with them prior to the meeting* so I might attempt to consult <br />with the accountants who prepared the document fo. further <br />clarification. <br />It was agreed that some lon^**r' <br />conjunction with the preparav <br />committee was selected to <br />Committee members agreed thuL* <br />at an axecu^.ive committee meet^i.-^* <br />planning should talce place in <br />the 1991 budget. Though a <br />jdgct proposal* the Executive <br />range planning could be done <br />and it is therefore included <br />on this moptri's agenda. If any Commission* <br />er has a goal statement he or she would like to include on the <br />draft of proposed LRP goals* please call me or drop a note with <br />youl ideas. <br />On Juno 20 I received noti- ><* ^'fom tne Minnetonka School District <br />that tenants at the Excelsior Community Center would not need to <br />vacate until March 1* 1991* with the possibility of an extension <br />to June 6 (to be decided after Jan. 1). This eases some of the <br />p« tre we've felt while researching possible sites for the <br />".y and office; however* it does not aid us in our efforts <br />.i^and services* as we* desperately need additional space to <br />»mmodate editing and studio production isolation* and <br />•OiTCspace for staff. I am hopeful that we will continue our <br />search and initiate a wove as soon as an appropriate and accep* <br />tao.re site can be agreed to by Triax and the LMCCC. <br />Finally* you may have seen the "Alert* from NATOA 1 mailed out <br />to all directors.
