A <br />resolution has been drafted for Council's adoption in the event that <br />Council views this current request as being so minor as to not require <br />further Planning Commission review. <br />Council's options are as follows; <br />1. Approve replacement of the garage in kind, adopt attached <br />resolution. <br />2. Refer to Planning Commission for review. <br />3. Approve subject to additional conditions (specify)* <br />4. Deny. <br />5.Other. <br />Staff Recommendation <br />Based on the request to replace the deteriorating detached garage <br />in kind, with no intent to increase hardcover above the existing <br />levels, staff would recommend adoption of the attached resolution for <br />approval.
