Building Permit Application for 3310 Bayside Road Residence <br />We are submitting a building permit application lo the City of Orono to include the <br />following: <br />1.Reside house and garage <br />2. Reshingle house and garage <br />3. Replace windows in heuse <br />4. Add an addition to the back of the current house (crawi space underneath - no <br />addition to the current basement). If you look at the archiicci. al plan <br />submitted, this area wou d allow: <br />a) a porch <br />b) entryway (in the entryway an opening would be created going directly <br />into the living room rather than entering the house into the kitchen). <br />c) The addition would move the 2nd and 3rd bedrooma ir, '.Uc back of the <br />house out farther to allow a hallway to the existing balhrocTJ. (currently <br />public access to the one existing bathroom is either through master <br />bedroom or through the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms). <br />• The remainin’ area from the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms and the new <br />space created would be combined to then become the new master <br />bedroom area with a small private bath/dressing area and a 2nd <br />-1. <br />►
