Motion passed. <br />S1539 DAVID FILKINS <br />3905 SHORELINE DRIVE <br />VARIANCE <br />RESOLUTION #2828 <br />Mr. Filkins was present for this matter. <br />Bernhardson reviewed the information pertaining to this <br />application (see Michael Gaffron’s memo dated July 2, 1990). <br />Gaffron noted that the Planning Cormission had recomraended <br />approval of applicant's plan #1. <br />Councilmember Goetten asked whether the Planning Commission <br />had recommended that the concrete walk\/ays be removed. <br />Gaffron showed the areas of hardcover that are proposed for <br />removal. <br />It was moved by Councilmember Goetten, seconded by <br />Councilmember Callahan, to adopt Resolution #2828, granting the <br />setback variances to relocate an existing garage. Motion, <br />Ayes-3, Nays-0.
