The <br />parking areas need not be paved but shall be provided with appropriate stormwater runoff <br />quality/quantity controls as may be required in this division. <br />Six parking spaces shall be provided for each ten boat slips on water or on land. <br />At least eight off-street parking spaces, plus one additional space for each 800 square feet <br />of floor area over 1,000 feet, including warehousing, and all outside sales and storage <br />areas related to the sales and service functions. <br />Employee parking spaces shall be in addition to the parking spaces required in <br />subsections (1)—(7) of this section.
