If not, what is lacking? <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation <br />As applied, Staff cannot support the application. Staff recommends the planning commission review the issues for <br />discussion and provide appropriate feedback to the developer. The application should be tabled to allow the <br />developer to respond to the feedback.
