Mr. Peterson <br />« <br />Is building a new home at this address and wanted to discuss <br />the drainage. The lot on which Mr. Peterson Is building does <br />» <br />have a great deal of lowland and Is now a natural watershed. <br />The area that is going to be used as an approach to his garage <br />0 <br />Is going to require a great deal of fill and Mr. Peterson was v <br />wondering what requirements would be expected of him to main- . <br />w c i <br />tain drainage^ 1 suggested he install a culvert on his property <br />tinder the proposed approach! but not to connect to the culvert r* * <br />going under Casco Point Road, andt that there should be a dis- <br />tanoe of ten feet between them.
