This letter is to inform you that if you are in fact <br />not now hooked up to City Sewer, you are in violation of the <br />Orono Municipal Code, Chapter 25, Section 25.160 which requires <br />the owners of all houses, buildings, or improved properties <br />where public sewer was available as of my 1, 1968, to connect <br />to said public sewer not later than December 31, 1969, and the <br />owners of all houses, buildings or improved properties where <br />public sewer became available after July 1, -966 to connect to <br />said public sewer within sixteen (16) months after the sewer was <br />made available. Orono ordinance No. 214, Chapter 22.24, ,Sub. 2.1 <br />reiterates this 16 -month connection period requirement.
