Dog boarding means indoor overnight boarding services for more than three dogs aged <br /> greater than six months. <br /> [. . .] <br /> Public service structures means underground or overhead gas, electrical, steam or water <br /> transmission or distribution systems, collection, communication, supply or disposal systems, <br /> including poles, wires, mains, drains, sewers, pipes, conduits, cables, fire alarm boxes, traffic <br /> signals, hydrants or other similar equipment and accessories, but not including buildings or <br /> major structures located above ground level. Personal wireless services and commercial <br /> broadcasting antennas and towers shall not be considered public service structures. <br /> Residential treatment facility means a location licensed for residential treatment as <br /> defined in Minnesota Statutes, Section 245.462, subdivision 23 or a facility licensed to provide <br /> residential substance use disorder treatment under Minnesota Statutes Chapter 245G. <br /> Restaurants (class I) means a restaurant in which food is served to the customer and <br /> consumed by him while seated at a counter or table, and the restaurant does not serve <br /> intoxicating liquor or provide live entertainment. Food is selected by a customer while going <br /> through a serving line and taken to a table for consumption. <br /> SECTION 2. Orono City Code Title VI, Chapter 78, Article IV, Division 12, Section 78- <br /> 643(1) is hereby amended by adding the underlined language as follows: <br /> hh. Cannabis retail businesses located not closer than 1,000 feet of a school or 500 feet <br /> of a day care, residential treatment facility, or an attraction within a public park that is <br /> regularly used by minors. <br /> SECTION 3. Orono City Code Title VI, Chapter 78, Article IV, Division 14, Section 78- <br /> 704(1) is hereby amended by adding the underlined language as follows: <br /> ii. Cannabis retail businesses located not closer than 1,000 feet of a school or 500 feet of <br /> a day care, residential treatment facility, or an attraction within a public park that is <br /> regularly used by minors. <br /> SECTION 4. Orono City Code Title VI, Chapter 78, Article IV, Division 15, Section 78- <br /> 733 is hereby amended by adding the underlined language as follows: <br /> (5) Cannabis retail businesses located not closer than 1,000 feet of a school or 500 feet of <br /> a day care, residential treatment facility, or an attraction within a public park that is <br /> regularly used by minors. <br /> SECTION 5. Orono City Code Title VI, Chapter 78, Article IV, Division 16, Section 78- <br /> 763 is hereby amended by adding the underlined language as follows: <br /> 232758v2 <br />
