i ^ <br />j f- <br />% <br />2, That the City Council is approving those easements <br />only because of the representations made by Mr. Lorge that he wants <br />the City to approve those easements even though he understands that <br />the granting of these easements will thereafter result in Lot 3*s <br />being used by the owners of Lot 4 for numerous purposes including <br />driveway and utility access and he understands that the City Council <br />has previously informed him that the possibility of having more <br />than one home exiting out onto the dangerous curve on Casco Point <br />Road from Lot 3 could be cause for a denial of any variance to the <br />zoning code of the City of Orono to allow Lot 3 to be hereinafter <br />buildable. <br />3. That the City Council finds that although this is a <br />dangerous curve, "hat because this driveway over Lot 3 has <br />historically served the house on Lot 4, that there is no new <br />problem created by the approveof this easement since the traffic <br />from Lot 4 should be similar to the traffic generated from Lot 4 <br />in the past. <br />4. This resolution shall be effective upon signing <br />theifeof by Mr. and Mrs. Lorge. <br />This resolution consitutes the formal approval of the <br />creation of those easements and filing of them with the Hennepin <br />County Recorders Office, Hennepin County, Minnesota. <br />This resolution was adopted by the City Council on the <br />24th day of November, 1980, by a vote of 5 ayes and 0 nayefs. <br />Attest <br />William B.
