The Building staff inspected your property on <br />April 2, 1990 and noted that the pool covering had not been <br />installed. <br />This failure to comply wirh Ccuncil's directive finds you in <br />violation of the terms and conditions of the variance resolution <br />granted by Council at their December 11, 1989 meeting. <br />The required permanent pool cover must be installed no later <br />than Wednesday, April 18, 1990. Failure to meet the newly <br />established deadline date may result in your being issued <br />citations and the original variance resolution referred back to <br />Council for reconsideration. <br />At your very earliest convenience please advise the Zoning <br />Department as to why the pool covering has not been installed <br />over the pool. <br />Sincerely, <br />iiljOunAJL <br />feanne A.
