She believed that it would cause more <br />concern amongst the citizens. She said that she would favor one <br />or the other. <br />Mr. Penke stated that he intends to have only one location <br />at a time. <br />Mayor Grabek asked how the City would view *:he request for <br />other vendors to come in and sell from their veh-cles. <br />Barrett stated that as long as the conditions of the <br />Ordinance are met, mainly whether the business is legitimate and <br />whether it poses safety or traffic hazards, the vendor would <br />qualify to receive a license. <br />Mayor Grabek suggested that the Ordinance be reviewed to <br />assure that it will not allow the situation to get out of hand. <br />He stated that he v/ould be willing to table this to allov/ Mr. <br />Penke an opportunity to work v/ith Chief Kilbo. <br />It was moved by Mayor Grabek, seconded by CounciImember <br />Peterson, to table this matter until a recommendation is received <br />from Chief Kilbo. Motion, Ayes-5, Nays-0. Motion passed. Mr. <br />Indritz noted that there is confusion as to the length of the <br />license if approved. He asked if staff could inform him of that <br />information. Bernhardson stated that he would provide that <br />information. <br />It was moved by CounciImember Goetten, seconded by Mayor <br />Grabek, to approve the following license(s): <br />Septic System Installation: Quickway Excavating Co. <br />Set-Up License: Navarre Lanes Inc. <br />3435 Shoreline Drive <br />Motion, Ayes-5, Nays-0.
