AMENDED AND RESTATED BYLAWS OF THE <br />ART CENTER CF MINNESOTA <br />ARTICLE I <br />MEMBERSHIP <br />Section 1. Any person Interested In the promotion, <br />encouragement, practice and study, appreciation or enjoyment of arts is <br />eligible for membership. Membership shall be unlimited in number. <br />Section 2. The categories of membership shall be: <br />a. Active Membership: shall include individual or family <br />memberships including husband, wife and children under eighteen <br />years of age. <br />b. Student Membership: persons under eighteen years ot <br />age whose parents are not members. <br />c. Contributor: persons who contribute more than a <br />regular membership fee but less than a sustaining membership. <br />d. Sustaining Member; persons who contribute SIOO.OO or <br />more. <br />e. Business Professional: membership shall be open to <br />any business organization interested in the promotion of the <br />work of the Center. <br />Section 3. All members in good standing shall have the right <br />to vote at any meeting of the membership. A family or corporate <br />membership constitutes.one vote. <br />Section 4.
