Assist the City in identifying issues related to the <br />alternatives. <br />Assist the City in comparing and challenging related <br />technical aspects of the procedure. <br />As requested depending on the agenda, attend the <br />appropriate corridor selection meetings. <br />- Technical Committee <br />- Policy Committee <br />- Citizens Task Force <br />Provide technical expertise and facilitation for <br />discussion of corridor process and related <br />transportation between the City of Orono and its <br />citizens. <br />Have appropriate knowledge of and access to the <br />MnDOT/Legislative decision making processes as it <br />relates to route selection and recommendations. <br />Inhouse computer aided design capabilities compatible <br />with MnDOT mapping process. <br />Familiarity with the community and potential locations <br />of the Highway 12 facility in the area. <br />CRITERIA FOR SELECTION <br />In addition to general familiarity in the field and one is to <br />perform tasks listed above, the following represent criteria to <br />be considered in the review process: <br />GENERAL COMMUNITY TRANSPORTATION EXPERIENCE <br />Transportation planning <br />MSA budgeting design and administration <br />Road design and bidding <br />Traffic analysis and forecasting <br />B) STATE TRUNK HIGHWAY DESIGIT/FREEWAY DESIGN <br />Knowledge and experience related to work either with <br />L.
