WHAT THE CITIZENS LEAGUE IS <br />The Citizens League has been an active and effective public affairs research and education organization <br />in the Twin Cities metropolitan area since 1952. <br />Volunteer research committees of League members study policy issues in depth and develop <br />informational reports that propose specific workable solutions to public issues. Recommendations in <br />these reports often become law. <br />Over the years.
